Owner and Nurse PractitionerChantal Crosse-Sumlin is a registered nurse and certified family nurse practitioner with a rich and varied background in healthcare. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Columbus State University and her Master's degree from the Medical College of Georgia. Licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing, she is also a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
With a focus on preventative care, she provides comprehensive clinical services alongside aesthetic treatments to help clients achieve their personal goals. Chantal is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections with clients and supporting their wellness journey.
She is also an ACE-certified group fitness instructor and enjoys teaching dance fitness classes. In her free time, she loves to travel, relax on sandy beaches, and spend time with friends and family.

Registered NurseAutumne is a Registered Nurse with a background in dermatology + NICU and a passion for aesthetics and wellness. With advanced anatomical knowledge and cadaver training, she delivers natural, confidence-boosting results while prioritizing patient safety. She is dedicated to creating personalized treatment plans so every patient feels heard, informed, and confident in their care. Outside of the treatment room, she enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies, staying active, and being outdoors—whether that’s at the lake, beach, or on a trail.

Office ManagerLauren has been part of the aesthetics industry since 2017, bringing years of knowledge, organization, and a warm, welcoming approach to every patient interaction. As Office Manager at Aesthetica, she keeps the practice running smoothly and ensures each client’s experience is seamless from start to finish. Outside of work, Lauren is a proud wife and mom to two energetic boys, ages 5 and 9 — with another little one on the way. She loves balancing her passion for aesthetics with the joy (and occasional chaos) of family life.
Spencer Sumlin
Marketing ManagerSpencer is the Marketing Manager at Aesthetica, and has been in marketing since 2020. Spencer has obtained several certifications in YouTube, Google, Google Ads, Meta, etc. When Spencer is not at work he is home with his 2 cats, Amethyst and Emerald or watching F1 racing.
